Meet the Triad Crew:  Our Triad Crew consists of the husband and wife team of David and Lynn White along with Lynn's sister Micki Dellinger. Based out of Greenville SC, the Triad Crew began acquiring and renovating homes in April 2016. 

 

Our story is not necessarily a unique one. Like many people who are in this business, we had talked on many occasions about the intrigue of buying, renovating and selling homes. The idea of "flipping" homes was an exciting idea...but it always seemed to be just an idea.

It was January of 2016 when the decision was made to turn the idea into a reality. It was Micki who initiated this move and together with David and Lynn the Triad Crew was formed. Our first property was purchased in April 2016 and we have never looked back. 

 

We enjoy what we do and we enjoy being able to do this together.
